Web just make sure your headlight is 12v and make sure the leds you order are good for 12v and just wire it in to your headlight. The battery basically acts like a capacitor in this configuration.

Leds burn very little power, so unless you're planning to put on a few hundred lights, i would say that it won't hurt the power consumption much with a few lights. Web i would suggest 2 switches because in a snow storm high beams are nice but the light bar is just to bright go use click to expand.
